Great food, always fresh! Delivery is fast and the associates are friendly. My go-to place for lunch.
Ok, I come in and order soup and instead of getting it hot I got it cold (room temp). To make matters worse it's in a dirty bowl on a dirty plate with a dirty spoon. Then instead of putting the bread on a napkin she puts it on the dirty plate, setting the dirty bowl on a napkin. Basically everything that could go wrong went wrong with this order. WOW!
Nasty old breakfast food! Ewwww im at work hungry now because they gave me an old spinach/bacon souffle. 2nd time getting old food.. gross

I love Panera Bread.
Would give higher review because its Panera. BUT the staff keep dropping the ball in simple things! Panini need to be toasted until the cheese is melted...if not its just a cold sandwhich! If someone orders multiple items ie- pastry and souffle DONT PUT THEM STACKED ON TOP OF ONE ANOTHER! Put the pastry in a bag or put the souffle in a box, its not even Huge things... just shows the staff are being lazy. Which is more insulting
