I have been taking my car in for service for over three years and it’s the same thing every time! My appointment was for 8:00 am. I checked in at :745 and at 9:00 am my vehicle was still not ready. How long should an oil change take? Every time I go there, there’s new people working there! The service is horrible! I wish they would allow me to take my vehicle to a reputable mechanic and pay them for the oil change! If you don’t have to use this service department then DON’T!!!!! THEY HOOK YOU WITH PRIORITY FOR LIFE, BUT IT’S REALLY SHOULD BE PRIORITY FOR LIFE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME! They don’t value their customers! They get no sars from me!
I never thought I would say this about buying a car... I absolutely HATE car shopping...but If I could, I'd give my experience 5+ stars! Ginger, at Priority Nissan in Chester, was absolutely AMAZING! We went out just to look and see what might be available in my price range, expecting to get an older car with high mileage, after checking out other places, we stopped at Priority just to look around. I never dreamed I could get the deal I got! As a matter of fact, while she was away looking for cars that fit my preferences and requirements, I told my boyfriend I felt bad for wasting her time, because there was no way she could find what I wanted in the range in wanted to pay. Needless to say, I was shocked! She came back and said "I have the car for you, and its in your price range!" I truly didn't expect much. Imagine my surprise when she led me to a 2016 with very low mileage, great price AND the Priority lifetime guarantee that covers the transmission, engine and free inspections and oil changes for as long as I own the car! If you are considering a Nissan, no matter how far you have to drive, I highly recommend Ginger at Priority Nissan in Chester. She's friendly, upbeat, works hard to find the car you're looking for in your price range, and she doesn't play the usual car sales games that I ran into with all the other dealerships.
I came in with a preapproved offer, but payments weren't within my range for the vehicle I came in to look at, but Ginger, swooped in and saved the day with another vehicle that had the same options I was looking for! The team there helped me out a great deal and went to bat for me to get me the best offer & I am completely happy with the ending results! So thank you Ginger & everyone at Priority Nissan! Every time I go here Ashley Robertson always takes care of me. Their team is great, but Ashley is outstanding and really knows customer service. She’s one of the reasons I come back here. It’s comforting to know, not assume, that I’ll be taken care of!
I have been with Priority for almost 8 years, I have bought multiple vehicles and had to deal with service in both Toyota and Nissan. I have never been pleased or satisfied with the service until my last two visits. Ashley Robertson at Nissan is a blessing. I have always had issues with getting my vehicle serviced with or without an appointment, I met Ashley and everything became extremely simple. She brought me to happy tears when I picked up my vehicle this evening and it had been vacuumed as well as washed!! It may not mean much to most people but to me it meant more than words can explain. I work 90 hour weeks and barely have time to even think much less get the extra things done that need to be done. She truly went about and beyond. I couldn't possibly thank her enough. Priority needs more people like her!
