Very nice experience. Cheaper than Enterprise by almost $200, car was very nice and clean. The employees were very friendly.
I asked for a vehicle, they suggested a different vehicle which better suited my needs and was a cheaper rental rate. I respect that kind of customer-centric business savy, and I will definitely return here for future vehicle rentals
Called about my reservation got hung up on after the guy on the phone told me he could not pick me up. Worse is he answered the phone hello not hertz. Had to question if I called the right place not business oriented. But I did got a nice car. For the guy they called in to help.

Horrible service I was lied Time and time again and Jamal the service rep was very rude and didn’t care about customer service just wanted to hurry up and get off the phone! He lied to me on 3 separate occasions over the phone and his excuse was that “ I guess I dropped the ball”
