Poor management I wasn't even able to tell who the manager was and once I did i found him to be very rude and also discovered he was a local drug dealer in petersburg. Employees are over worked and under paid only receive a thirty minute break flag stop needs better everything i noticed the employees weren't even wearing gloves or mask and they breathe in toxic chemicals as a part of the job they leave high as a kite and nothing has changed. The establishment should be shut down I only gave a two star rating due to the fact that SOMETIMES my car is actually cleaned the correct way.
$130, 2 hours and 10 minutes. For that price in that amount of time I would expect my Jeep to come out looking brand new. Unfortunately, because I didn't have time to thoroughly check out my vehicle before I left, I missed quite a few things that I would have thought would be easy to see while detailing a vehicle. In all of the attached pictures I didn't have to move anything to find these areas, this is simply walking around and glancing at it once I got to work. The only redeeming feature of this establishment is the friendly staff. They do ask you if everything looks good, but things that they miss are so blindingly obvious you shouldn't have to point them out. My own fault for not being thorough enough (or having enough time) to have them go back and clean all the things they missed. Probably won't be going back.
They did a great job with my F250 today. She's big and black and hard to clean, but Jesse exceeded my expectations. Hard working and very inexpensive!
