Rude, judgemental, and unprofessional staff. Their prices have gone up. I am reminded of why I don't come here every once in a year I do come. Might as well keep shopping at a regular store.
I recently moved to the area and I used to work at Plato’s in GA. This location is horrible. I went to the location recently just to check it out and the staff was rude. They were more concerned with their personal conversations than to assist. I walked the store three times without anyone greeting me. I have been to multiple locations nationwide, and this location gives the brand a bad name.
Hurrendous Customer service, selling any items in there is a 45 minute process, and the employees are extremely disrespectful. Not to mention the selection they have of items for sale in there is total garbage, worst Plato’s I’ve step foot in, don’t waste your time in this trash store.
The staff is extremely ghetto and rude !!!! They have zero fashion sense. Will never shop or sell there again! I brought in brand new Steve maddens, Tory burch ,Micheal Kors and this chick has the nerve to take 3 things from forever 21! Fire the whole staff
My experience was beyond disgusting!!!! First, the employees are extremely RUDE. They frown their face at you soon as you enter the store. They want clothes "that's in style" but when I brought my clothing in I saw and overheard two employees saying I would never wear this and laugh pushing it to the side. THE EMPLOYEES DON'T CHOOSE CLOTHING THAT'S IN STYLE!!!! THEY CHOOSE WHAT THEY WOULD WEAR NOT OTHERS!!! STRAIGHT BS. I had Levis, Ralph Lauren, Addias, Body Central, hats and scarfs, and purses. They only took two items for $4.68 and then had the nerve to say my clothing were fading and they were barely worn. Just a rip off. I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE GOES TO THIS STORE. YOU WILL LEAVE VERY FRUSTRATED !!! The Plato's closet in Richmond is 100% more friendlier and fair. Not this piece of shack. I'd rather give my clothes away for free then go back to the Colonial Heights location.
