Such a fantastic team! My daughter had her first major work done at Kool smiles, they were so patient and made sure she was comfortable at all times. Dr. Reimer did a great job, he was quick and efficient. He made sure I understood the process and what he was going to do and was constantly talking to my daughter throughout to make her less nervous. Also, a special thanks to his Dental assistant Andrea. She made it such a good experience for my daughter. She was very reassuring and explained everything very well. She made my daughter feel special, welcomed and assured. I have nothing but nice things to say about this dental practice!
We never have to wait long when we come. Front desk always nice and welcoming. Between 3 kids and seeing multiple dentists there, I have to say that Dr. Patel is our absolute favorite. We will ask for her every single time. She is perfect with the kids, genuine and makes it more than just her profession. She even remembered how my 3 year old loved to sing, and his favorite song. That stands out!

I brought my son in for his 6 month recall and the staff was really pleasant! Moriah, the dental assistant took my son's X-rays with ease, Kyle the dental hygienist was very personable, gentle, and made my son very comfortable during his cleaning. I'd also like to add Dr. Patel was gentle and informative during the clinical exam. When the appointment was over and we got back to our car, my son said, "That dental appointment was amazing! My teeth feels clean, and I had fun!" We definitely walked out with a smile today and no cavities! :-)
I had a great time with Dr. patel and Courtney working with my daughter to get her teeth filled and ceilings done..it could Have not been Any better we appreciate this lovely time. Thank you all and we will be back to visit you very soon...
