I had an issue with some products that I had bought not being exactly what I thought it was and Food Lion was happy to return my money though if I'd wanted an exchange I believe I would have received that as well. Thank you Food Lion from making the process simple and stress-free.
Good place. Looks nice after remodel. Still hard to find things. Great staff.
I don't know the new Plan-O-Gram of the renovated store. Everything is jumbled up. Had to walk around three times til I could find what I needed. Under the old lay out, I knew where everything was located. I learned that lsy out, guess I can learn this one also. Unfortunately, FL is the only grocery store in town.
Both of the produce items i bought were ROTTEN again!!!! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! I will not go back. This happened a week ago at the River's Bend store too - rotten food. I'll pay more $$ at PUBLIX or drive 10 extra mins to KROGER!!!! Called back to tell REX to pull these rotten products off the floor. He's a bratty millennial sounding "asst mgr". Shopping there and calling were a waste of my time.
Store looks even better since the remodel and more registers are open when they are busy. Just have to get used to things being in different aisles since the remodel.
