Bought a washer here in July 2017. It was delivered with dents and left in my living room. I called the store to report the damage and ask why the washer was not placed in the laundry room. I was told I would get a $150.00 credit and have the delivery people come back and place it in the right spot.. I verified my address with the person on the phone. He was in the wrong customer screen. I never received the credit because they have no record of my conversation and the delivery people did not return to move the washer.The only thing this Home Depot offered was a free service visit for a washer that is not broken. Buyer beware!
The contractors they sub for measuring carpet have no flexibility and hold you hostage to a 2 hour window. They will only call at 7am and if you can't make it, start all over the next day. I think I'll bring my business to a better store, even if it costs more. My time is valuable to.
Helpful staff, goong the extra distance to help us find what we needed. Store is real clean and organized. A.good shoping experience.

Had A GREAT Experience with a Man named Sean who works in the Appliance dept. I asked a few Questions and he had ALL THE RIGHT ANSWERS . It was nice to call and get someone who really knew what to do and make sure they helped all the way to the End.

There are few words to describe the complete and total disregard this store has for customers. Need an appliance? They can deliver ... need service for an appliance - you are out.of.luck. You are held hostage by the repair company contracted by HD to do the repairs.... you are given a window of time that is apparently only a suggestion of when they may come.... and you are guaranteed that a day is provided that is convenient for them, but not for you. Buy the appliance online from the manufacturer or from a local place - this place is pathetic.
