I am giving a star because it doesn't give a choice for none. I came here once before and service was horrible, waited too long for service and for food, plus waitresses arguing over tables/booths. Today on Veterans day I decided to give them another shot and just like before service was slow in total we spent 2 hrs there, waiting for service plus waiting for food, I got the California burger, only reason I ate it was because I was hungry, the guacamole on it was nasty so I had to scrape that off, plus yet again, waitresses arguing over tables right next to our booth, I honestly wish I could just get my money back. Am surprised this place is even open with that kind of service. Cannot use the excuse of being busy because back at my home station we have one right outside of a university too where it gets packed even more than here and we still receive exceptional service.
The reason I’m giving one star is because of the wait time for the food. Service is ok and food is good but it’s unexceptable to wait 40+ minutes for an order of two small wings when there is no one inside hardly. Literally less than half of its capacity and the wait time for food is 40+ minutes.
I been to this place twice and both time its taken longer than an hour to receive my food. Who ever manages this place needs to learn how to be more efficient. If you are hungry and are looking for a quick meal do not choose this place.
This was my 1st time visiting this restaurant. I must say we waited a very long time for our food, about an hour. I'm giving 5 stars b/c even tho the food took so long to come out, the manager on duty was working along side the servers. He was cleaning off tables , bringing out food and drinks and even offered us chips and salsa as a courtesy while we waited. It may not seem like a big deal ,but when you have 2 hungry children becoming impatient, its a huge deal. We tried to let the manager know how much we appreciated him but they were too busy. So if upper management has access to these, tell the tall black guy we said Thank you and keep up the great work! B/c of his service we will definitely be coming back
The waitress was good, but the food was very slow coming. I got boneless wings and they were hard as rocks and cold. My husband got bone in wings that tasted like they had been rolled in salt . We have been coming here for years and it's never been this bad. We will not be going back. Avoid this place if at all possible.
