Good place to watch first-run movies. Comfortable seats with enough leg space. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms.
It is what it is. A movie theater. Nothing super special. The seats are comfy, popcorns good when it's fresh. The food & drinks are too pricey. Overall I like the place, you're only there for couple of hours, so it's cool.
Well, it's a typical movie theater. My only real complaint is that they don't always do a good job with cleanup. Sometimes the floors are sticky. Today the cleanup crew left as I was entering the theater, but there was popcorn all along the stairs. Also, some theaters give you a free ticket with 15,000 reward points, but theirs is higher. (I can't remember the amount, just that it was higher.) But location is good, people are friendly and helpful. Seats are comfortable. Will continue to go.
It's a nice place. prices are ridiculous. The teenage crowd is very disturbing during movies. They need to be more strict on letting them in after a certain time.
Customer service is not important to these pubescent concession attendees as well as the ticket ripper who felt it was more important to LeAn against the managers Desk than stay out by his post. When i brought the issue we had with the concession service she just gave me a "yeah, and you expected better" look. Instead of an.apology i got a reply that it was a training issue and nothing she could do now.
