Very good company love their service and they get to you fast and all the drivers are very nice if you ever need a ride call them cause you will get there on time

Completely unprofessional no wonder why uber and lyft are taking over. Customer service was horrible " umm text this number and then a cab might come" I'll walk before I ever call them again!
first experience with them was great. wish i could comment on a second but i have not been able to get them to send a cab. its a miracle if they do respond a cab is available but they will never send one. i almost lost my job because of waiting for them. i wish i could have had great reviews like everyone else but NOPE! i even gave a 30% tip the first time. i would not take a chance with them if you have to be some place important.
We stopped for lunch on the way through Hopewell and my wife forgot her purse at the restaurant. We live over 3 hours away and looked for a safe option to have the purse returned to us. We talked to Pink and were thrilled with her willingness to retrieve and mail the purse. She kept me informed the whole way. She charged a super reasonable price. Great integrity and service.
