Great bank to do business with. I have been a customer for over 6 years and cannot find a thing to complain about. They are very Small Business friendly, which is great for me.

As of 2016 this bank has treated me very well they're kind and friendly and professional. When I call and they always make sure it is me. When there is a problem with my account they always take care of it with the least amount of stress for me. I would definitely recommend this branch.
This branch is the worst. I will never direct anyone here. I have made cash and check deposits several times that we never posted to my account that they swore were never made (thank God for receipts). They have clueless tellers that give rude responses to questions and requests for help. Do your self a favor and drive to the branch in Chesterfield Meadows and stay far away from this branch of dolts.
They never pick up the phone and they close to early for someone who works a fulltime job
I love the friendly employees and the fact that they're open until 7 pm. So convenient.
Plus, their hours are great and open 6 days a week (In store branches).
