Since I been in Virginia this is the second barbershop I've been to. They have amazing products, great atmosphere, and extravagant service.

Hey I’ve been going to Allusions Hair and Beauty Bar for 1year now moved from out of Wisconsin 2 years ago. Shout out to barbers and Salonists that do my hair and my families hair. Great service. I like all the barbers and salonist. I do not like any unprofessional conversations and attitude though. I’ve only encountered from 1 barber since I’ve been there. So overall I give it 5 stars.
So here's the thing....the staff seems professional and each time that I have walked in or called the customer service has been great. However, all I wanted was my hair trimmed and colored and every time that I called, the individual on the other side of the phone took my name and number and told me that a hair stylist was going to give me a call back to set up an appointment. No one ever called me! Ever. I even walked in 2 or 3 times and I was told that a hairstylist was not currently available and that I was to give my name and number and somebody would be in touch. Nothing. Nada. Absolutely no phone call.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and just think that they were super busy....but after the 6th time trying to get an appointment for a hair trim and dye and not getting any response back...that's just rude and really unprofessional. I mean the service is great and all, and they do a really good job with the hairstyles and cuts that I have seen on their website and just walking in, but seriously...come on...
Excellent barbershop & salon! Everybody is friendly, professional, and always go out their way to speak to repeat clients and new clients. I have been going to Allusions for years and always been satisfied with my haircuts and treatment from the staff. They do set appointments and they do a really good job with abiding by the times and every now again they can get backed up because they have a lot of clients coming in but not often though. Again very nice establishment highly recommend to anybody new to the area or living in area.

The appearance of the salon is what 1st pulls you in, it looks AMAAAAAAAAAZING and super clean...but that's not where it ends, the customer service is like no other, they are a VERY professional team and seem to have fun at the same time like family. The team takes it time doing/cutting your hair, it's never a rushed experience and your hair will ALWAYS look it's best when walking out the doors. They also have a GREAT selection of hair and skin beauty products in their beauty supply store located in the back of the salon...
