Great haircut but getting someone on the phone to make appointment takes two days of calling. NOT WORTH IT
Good luck getting someone to actually cut your hair if you show up after 7PM> They have to see you and then judge whether they are "booked" or not. I have tried 5 times to do a walk-in and every time the young lady at the desk has to go back and ask if they are booked even though we know good and well that the computer shows the appointments.
I had an appointment at one. She took someone else who came after me and I had to wait an hour. Then didn't even do my hair the way I asked. Never going again!
Paid close to $100 for this girl.to dye my hair a shade off of my natural color and to give me a whacked up cut. Called manager and she brushed it off. Def will NOT be returning
