This used to be a nice store but not anymore. The staff is lazy, rude and careless all the way up to management.
Mixed feelings. Showed for portrait session 10 minutes early to insure we were there on time to not hold anyone up. We were not notifed they were running an hour behind. I had a toddler in tow and so did the sitting before us. The sitting that was either late or started late was a big group. They took a lot of pictures. Not a big deal over all but they delayed us and the group in front of us. I felt like the group in front of us was rushed. I certainly felt rushed. The photographer was great, no complaints there. The girl at the front counter was very unprofessional somewhat rude. Never once apologised about the wait. I will go back for the photographer but not for horrible service. Plan to wait and them not follow the guideline. Prepare to pay for a few pictures and a sitting fee for waiting well past your appointment time.
Awesome store. Much better quality, customer service and atmosphere than in Sears.

I shop here often. Love the sales! Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the last few purses I have bought from here haven't held up very long. But the salon is great and so is the staff.
