Im not sure of the spelling of her name but it sounds like Montana. I had a few questions about perfumes and cologne. The young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful to me. She had a very upbeat personality and was a delight to talk to. She is definitely an asset to your store.
Sorry that there is nothing less than a 1 star rating. After searching online for a holiday sweater vest, I found one in stock in the Colonial Heights Store. I called to assure that it was available before driving 25 miles during business hours this evening. After negotiating the multi-layered automated answering service and being disconnected 4 times, I chose to select the option to increase my credit limit on my account. I was finally connected to a person who, when she found out I didn't want to increase my limit so that she could make my day special, also disconnected our call. ( This call may be monitored or recorded for quality service) I guess that Macy's is struggling to maintain their level of customer satisfaction. Not only will I not drive 25 miles, I suspect that I should cancel my account with them.
Customer service was amazing! !! There are items on sale and with my Macy's card I saved even more
Nice store with good sale prices. Variety and quality of clothing is good too. In my experience the staff has always been friendly and professional. My wife and I go every month or so.
Great experience! Two young salespeople in ladies lingerie took extra time and effort to assist me with a hard-to-find item.
