Great friendly environment. Was seen in a convenient time frame and staff were very helpful & kind. Dr. Pavan was very confident & I felt he listened to my needs & included me in my medical decisions. I felt very heard by his nurse and she was also very personable and made me feel more comfortable being there. Dr. Pavan was very thorough and I could tell his concern was genuine. I wish more MDs were like him and took their career more serious with a passion. Environment & check in was very updated & modern. Only thing is the main staff seem to not notice peoples inability to maneuver themselves due to pain or health conditions.
I took my son yesterday to make sure he did not have a broken wrist. I called mid morning and was able to get him in same day at 1:30. The receptionist was friendly as well as the nursing staff who took care of us in the back. The Doctor was even very friendly and helpful. We were in and out in 40 minutes....this included x rays. Thanks Colonial Orthopaedics!
This place was great. The receptionists were friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Seth Schweitzer was more professional than any other podiatrist I've ever been to. He talked me through what he was doing, he was easy to make conversation with, he saw me also immediately even though I was late to my appointment and the way he numbed my toe(ingrown toenail removal) was so much less painful than the other podiatrists I've been to- I didn't feel a thing.
I have been treated well and the wait time has not been bad but the problem here is the doctor wrote an order for PT and I have called once a week for three weeks trying to figure out what's going on with that order to get me help and no one will return my calls ....no matter how good the doctor's are if my after care is going to be like this then I am going to be making other plans ... I am in pain I started doing research for my own PT but I NOT getting any releif so I know the next step is surgery but I am very doubtful about my after care I will get since I can't get the preventive care
I don't know why I didn't come here before! Never seeing anyone else.
I suggest you go elsewhere...the doctor we saw was a joke!! We totally wasted our time and money on a laxidasical doctor that did not care at all and didn't even know how to work the computer! He did not address any of the issues we were there for and treated us like we didn't even matter! If I could give it less than 1 star on here...I would!
