Person who helped us in TVs and sound systems really knew her stuff. My issue is I now have 2 accounts that need to be merged. I am premier so it's important. I've been trying for 2 years to get this fixed. I will up this rating dramatically when my information is fixed. They would have issued credit card in old name but I told them they couldn't that's how I ended up with 2 accounts. Now what??? I've bought top end computers without a fix. This is end fix it or everything gets cancelled.
Look for the open box buys. Best deal in the store. Geek Squad is a joke. Don't use them.
Best Buy store has about all the electronic needs. I have got phones, big screen tv, computers and printers. The work force there is very helpful in getting you what you need. They have price match so if you find it cheaper somewhere they will match it. They also have the Geek squad to work on your product if broken.
Absolutely OUTSTANDING! The service was great and the assistance and knowledge of the staff was very Awesome. When I asked a question to one of the employees that didn't know the answer he called over a colleague that knew the answer. The prices are dictated by corporate and the economy, but the courteousness of the staff isn't and I believe that Best Buy has put together a winning team in the Colonial Heights, Virginia Store, keep up the good work team. Way to go Colonial Heights Best Buy!!!
I walked in the store and stood in the section for car radios for about 30-40 mins. I was not helped not ONE time. I was really coming in to purchase a few items for my car. But even after I walked around the store not one blue shirt even greeted me or even offered to help me. I would never come back to this store. The store wasn’t even busy. All the workers were standing around talking. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guy at the front door didn’t even greet me.
