I've been to this store on numerous occasions and always received great service! Any problem that I've had they have fixed without any hesitation. Especially the young lady, Ashley, she is just wonderful! She answered all of my many questions, was very polite and professional. She is always smiling everytime I come in the store and helping someone out. She is AWESOME!!!! And not to say she is the only one either, her co-workers are also great and professional. Great job!
Good customer service
Absolute WORST experience I have ever had. Customer service was horrible. Do not come here unless you want to waste two hours of your time and leave with nothing. All I needed was my phone ported over and to keep my phone number. Left with nothing unneeded just because the person was completely incompetent. Not to mention he huffed and puffed and said he was "so done" and "needed some air" manager was here for the whole thing and did nothing except explain to me what Google photos was. This place needs to be cleaned up.
The new manger there is great super nice guy. The one younger guy wirking is super rude, he will text when he is waiting on you and he is super disrespectful when he talkes to you. I'm always nice until i get crap thrown my way. Will not be buying anything else there. Will go to the other sprint store in colonial heights.
I love this store I was immediately greeted and my issue was resolved within minutes. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
