Bouquet was much smaller than pictured. Thank goodness it was 20% off and I picked it up instead of paying $14 to have it delivered. I gave wo stars because it was ready when I picked it up and I didn't have to wait. On the other hand, when I tried to order it online, I chose the larger bouquet because it was $5 off. But when I selected the Colonial Heights store, all of the large bouquets that were discounted disappeared and the only options were the small undiscounted ones. I think there is a scam there. If a size is offered on the Edible Bouquets site, it should be offered by the store. I won't be ordering anything else from Edible Bouquets.
My husband ordered from this location for Valentine's Day. They were to deliver to my house on February 14th 2017. No one ever showed up and noone ever notified my husband that they weren't going to deliver that day or any other day because they canceled his order and they never called or email about the cancelation. Very unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend them at all.
The strawberries prepared was great. Husband said the order was not complete though, missing the balloons requested, but they fixed it. Also, no delivery to Fort Lee at the time so he had to pick up on Valentines Day.
I have always had great service from this store. Even when I was out of the state all of my things were taking care of correctly and on time. I have read a lot of complaints about this store and have never had any of this happen to me. If it did I would be front and center at that store verbally speaking with a store manger to get my situation handled. You can't go off peoples word of mouth because their two sides to every story. So try it yourself and make your own judgement.
