I understand mistakes happen, but when they reoccur it's obvious the answer is they learned nothing or did nothing to correct the problem the first time. When they occurred a year apart, Makes me wonder. I ordered flowers for a special ladies birthday and they assured me they would be delivered by Saturday. When I asked her son if they had been delivered, he said no. I call the florist back they state it was delivered at a specific time. I call him back and ask him to check again. He goes over and no flowers. He asks what florist, I said Vogue you know the one up the street from us. He said she has an arrangement from there but it was from somebody else.
This same thing occurred to me a year earlier after a death in the family. My boss one day asked if I received my flowers. I am like I'm not sure what you are referring to. She had sent me flowers from this same establishment and they never delivered them to me. I received others from the florist. She was not local. It was apparent to Jessica when I ordered the flowers Saturday I was in Savannah. Is it common practice for out of town orders not to show up when other flowers are coming. Will most people out of town confirm their flower delivery or if asked if they received their flowers assume it was another order. I will never use the services if this florist again.
I ordered flowers for my wedding. The lady that helped me was amazing (I wish I remembered her name). She even offered me her cell phone number. Everything was ready when I went to pick up. They were so great to deal with!
