I went in October for a month. The membership was supossed to be for a month only yet here I am 9 months later still be charged for an account that hasn't been used since October. I've mailed in multiple cancellation forms and somehow they never receive them. Still dealing with this issue today and I'm just told mail in the cancellation or come to the gym. I love nine hours away so I can't just simply go to the gym.
Also the shortage of plates is pretty inconvenient.
Hunter was very diligent and knowing that he just got trained in the selling he did very well. I just moved to the area and since the moment I reached out to shepp golds gym has met my needs. From previously working in a gym I was very impressed. Look forward to working out here!
The facility is decent for the money you pay however the house keeping in the weight room is awful. Every time i go, there are dumbbells out of place be it on the floor or not in its desginated spot in the racks. The staff spends too much time vacuuming and not enough time keeping things in order.
