Beautiful gym! Fully equipped, large leg sled, Sunrise 480's, Affinity 700's, hot showers, immaculately clean, full length mirrors in dressing rooms, great truck parking and next to a theater, sears and jc penny. Great job Colonial Heights PF!
I just started going and everyone has been nice. It is clean and there is plenty of equipment so that I can do what I want without having to wait for a machine.
Very very clean (I've watched the employees clean and they're extremely thorough), beautiful bathrooms, great service. I belong to all 3 gyms in the area and this is my preference for weekday workouts when I don't have the kiddos with me. Quiet & peaceful even when it's crowded.
I one of the better ones in the Richmond area. Toss up between this one and the one near the airport. Just need to get the wifi straightened out.
