Had a quick & easy experience, arrived at 7:45a and door was open at 8a, quick registry, was seen immediately. I went for a common cold & currently uninsured so I paid 109$, received a doc note for work & was out by 8:20. Staff was very helpful & friendly!
I am always a little leary of all the shots, procedures, and medications pushed by a clinic, so I guess I will find out the damage when I get the bill. Despite my skepticism, this is one of the best patient first and urgent care centers I've been to in a while in terms of service, friendliness, and being attentive to the patients. I even came back to get the report the following day after another reaction and the receptionist was quite pleasant.
They are quick on getting you back and taking your money; however they charge over and beyond your insurance coverage. For one visit I paid $40.00 up front and then was charged $295 for services that evidently insurance doesn't cover. Be forewarned to check what the service will cost beforehand if at all possible
Horrible experience last night! The nurse was rude & arguing with me while i was ill. She shouldnt have a job she was so horrible! I wont go here again. They dont know what their doing either. Ive had to go there multiple times in the past month. Its like they are just trying to rack up the medical bills!
I love it here. The staff is very professional and friendly and the doctor's express genuine concern about the issues of the patient. It's always and in and out experience for me, and I always leave feeling better than when I first walked in.
