Terrible experience with this location. Went in to buy a new pair of jordans b/c the manager at this store secretly opens 30min to an hour ahead of schedule to lure shoppers in.. ended up buying the wrong size and went back to return them the same day. Although the receipt says you have up until 30 days with receipt for a REFUND or exchange the manager told me that I would have to wait TWO WEEKS to return them.. (why he could take them two weeks later but not the day of still makes absolutelyno sense to me) although they were unworn and it was the same day of purchase. He claimed they have to show that they are selling the shoes.... however failed to mention this detail when the shoes were being purchased. Needless to say, every other champs in the surrounding area said they would gladly take the return. I ended up having to drive to the Stony Point location, where the people were much friendlier and shared they'd had complaints about this location before.
