Had to rseize my mother's engagement ring, he did an amazing job. They were very professional and cared about what I wanted and how I wanted it.
I got an engagement ring put together there, he showed me a diamond in the back room that looked great at the time when put on with the band you could clearly tell it was yellow next to the other diamonds and also was suppose to be a platinum band that he “cut me a deal on” and it was put on a white gold band instead. He never said a word about either of these things and was clearly hoping i just wouldnt notice. I would not recommend him at all especially for something as important as an engagement.
When ever I need jewelry and watch repair this is the only place I go. The repair costs are very reasonable and repairs are quick. In addition the staff is friendly & helpful and I'm certain to find something I'd love to have.
