PURCHASE A RING AND DIDN'T HAVE MY SIZE SO IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER THE DATE THEY GAVE WAS 07/07/2017 IT IS NOW THE 07/11/2017 THEY SAY IT'S GOING TO BE ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS NEVER AGAIN, I COULD HAVE TAKEN MY PRODUCT AND HAD IT SIZED SOMEWHERE ELSE THE WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS NO CALL TO SAY SORRY FOR THE DELAY OR ANYTHING
Poor customer service!!! They never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold forever!!! They give you a promise date to get your item and several weeks past that date still nothing along with no explanation! This is the absolute worst place I've ever dealt with! Go to helzberg!
Zales is a great jewelry store but don't ever shop at southpark location. There customer service sucks. They never answer the phone and when they do they act like there's a problem. I just wish I went to another location. Bad experience here.
