However, there was a pool party for kids that evening and the pool area was horrendous. The water was filthy and in the sauna was food from the party. There definitely needs to be supervision in that area at all times not just signs posted that obviously the party guests did not observe. I actually observed a woman put a baby (no more than 6-7 months) in the sauna. The water for hot for me which was comfortable but I had to leave within (5) minutes after I saw chicken floating in the water. Again the entire pool area was atrocious!
The front desk help upon my check in was outstanding! We need more customer service like the service I received. I will return here for my next visit in Petersburg!
Stayed one night for daughters AIT graduation. Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Great value!!!
An older hotel in need of some upgrades. Old fixtures, old paint, just felt sort of drab. Room was spacious but air was a bit mildewy. Pillows are small, but I appreciated the soft/firm options. Good location, but rooms need a face-lift.
My two day stay was nice . The hotel was decorated very attractively. The beds were very comfortable . The breakfast room setting was very cozy. Front desk Willam made our stay pleasant because he was very courteous and seemed concerned about our stay. I would definitely stay again .
Great location, spacious rooms, and an outstanding breakfast. The price is very reasonable as well.
