I'm a big fan of Hilton Garden Inn and this one did not disappoint. All of the staff were eager to please and delightfully friendly. The room was big and beautiful and clean. We're looking forward to our next stay.
Room and facilities were clean and welcoming. Staff we interacted with were courteous. Outlets are always key for me and each bedside had 2 open outlets with USB charging ports. There is convenient access to food and shopping and it's not too far from 95. I would stay here again.
This place was amazing. Great employees service with very good food. My room was very clean and with prestige. They have everything I need in my room including a few folders that answer questions and has a menu for dinner. The pool was clean with a good temperature. The only problem was the hot tub didn't work and it felt like Luke warm water, kinda of like a bath tub.
It was a perfectly pleasant experience. We got in late and the check in personnel were friendly and informative. The hotel is not well-marked from the road, so it can be confusing to locate coming from the south. Overall happy with the stay!
The hotel staff was friendly and warm. I was in a bind and needed a room immediately at good price. He went out of his way to ensure I got the burst rate. The room was clean and the perfect temperature. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Lastly, the housekeeping were looking to help and always smiling. I would definitely stay here again.
