Fed up!!!
I don't know where they were trained for customer service but I have never walked in to a dominos as bad as this for a place that closes at 1 and doesn't deliver to your area of residence even papa johns has a pick up window for their late customers my wife and I don't get off of work until late and work an hour away they didn't even offer to take my order and let me sit in my car to wait for the food then they rudely proceeded to turn out all their light mind you it's 10pm not 1 am good customer service is becoming a thing of the past...all I have to say is thank you to your wonderful colonial heights va late night staff
An $80.00 order for two pizzas messed up. I even called seconds after paying by C.card to ask (Mike) to take the time(No rush) & get the order 100% right or else the entire order will come back. I let (Mike) know that their store had messed up a prior order before, but that I really like the pizza from this establishment & am willing to give them another try. I was willing to pay the driver a $20 tip if the original order was delivered at 100% correctness. Toya(Mgr) came by the 2nd time w/Pizzas at 100%.
First off it takes them way too long to deliver food as it should not take them 2 hours. Second I want to find out what makes them think someone would order a salad with no dressing and I am making them go back to get my 2 packs of dressing that I paid for and they say I have to wait 20 minutes.
Ordered pizza and it never arrived. Now out $16. No one will answer the phone.
I signed the C. card receipt. No tip. I will NEVER return to Domino's.
Amazing! Simply amazing! I love my local Domino's because they know exactly how I like it. The Food is amazing, and the staff are super respectful! My latest delivery driver Stacy, bless her soul. She was the kindest driver I have ever had. 5 Stars! Will be ordering again from here soon! Yum, Yum!
