I get the same thing every time, but quality is always good and consistent. Jimmy John's gimmick is their speed, and for someone who just wants to eat in the car, listen to a podcast, or check on Twitter, this is very much appreciated. I can't remember a time where a staff member *didn't* go out of their way to say "Have a good day as I was leaving." It may be trivial to some, but it adds up for me.

we order from jimmy johns everyday, sometimes two or three times a day. however today. my order was wrong. called to ask why something was not delivered and the manager answered she said "she could ring that up for me and have it sent right over" didn't even apologize for the mishap on her workers part. Which i understand things happen, but please have a little better customer service than that! NOT LOOKING TO GET ANYTHING FREE BY ANY MEANS JUST AN APOLOGY AND LESS SARCASM FROM A MANAGER WOULD BE NICE!
