The last 3 or 4 times I've ordered from here, it has taken over 1.5 hours to get my delivery...and the food was warm, not hot. The last time I ordered pizza, my order was around 8 and they took 2 hours to deliver to my job...literally right around the corner. And no, I didnt place on order on typical busy times, so I dont understand the long wait times. If you got a while to wait, place an order, otherwise, just go somewhere else.
Order 2 pizzas online then was notified that that it wouldn't be delivered until 10 pm that would have made it a 2 hour delivery, so I called the store 4 times to switch it to carryout was put on hold all 4 times for over 4 minutes when I finally talk to someone they told me that my pizzas where coming out of oven now so if they where done by 8 pm and 2 hour delivery I would have got cold pizzas. When I picked up the employee was rude and manager and other employees where just sitting around not doing anything or concerns about any kind of customer service was present. I would rather choke down papa Johns pizza than be treated like I don't matter
I went in to pay, I did not mind waiting because I new my pizza wouldn't be ready. The lady at the cashier register asked me for my receipt I gave it to her. She said my pizza isn't ready. I told her I knew that because it's on the screen. I just wanted to let her know I was there. So I go outside wait and then go back in when it was close to being done. Same lady asked for my receipt. I said I just showed it to you. She said I know but I still have to see it. I go back out to car come back in only for her to tell me that it's not ready. I said how would you know if you told me to go outside. she said nothing. At that point I was very mad. I said why did you make me go to my car for receipt. only to tell me it wasn't ready. By that time, someone from the back, asked me the problem. I told her. My pizza was ready, it just hadn't been cut. She cut it I was on my way. Seems to me the person at the register did not have her stuff together. It really made me mad to have to go to car for a receipt. when she had just seen it two minutes before than for her to tell me not ready, when she didn't even see my receipt the 2nd time.
P laced order an hour ahead, got there on time, waited 30 minutes for my order! The service is usually good and the pizzas are delicious. I was told that they were short-handed, but 90 minutes for one pizza? ! However I called and talked to the manager and now I am more satisfied.
The pizza was on point! Shout out to whoever that made it. It was really good!
