A very nice place and the pople that work at the store is very nice and helpful i will shop at this store anyday i love michaels store
It was very organized & everything was in its proper place on the shelf (this is a big improvement over the last time I was there!)
Save your money and take it to JoAnns or Hobby Lobby. Even tho they are constantly having sales at Michaels, the other two stores are cheaper. The lines are usually very long and finding help is hard. Clean bathroom tho.
Great store, I can find what I need and a few things I don't. usually check out is pretty quick. Today, however, there was only one check out line open. I stood in line for over 20 minutes, and finally a 2nd line was opened. If I had not needed my purchase for a spur of the moment gift I would have just walked out. This won't deter me from shopping at Michael's. It's one of my favorite places. I'm sure today's wait was just a managerial oversight.
Terrible service! ! Super expensive crap. Always give me coupons on my phone that never work. Bitchy staff
