Largest Arby's, I believe in the US. Has some additional food options and the dining room is rustic and fun. A hidden gem in Colonial Heights.
My sandwich was lukewarm and I took it back to the staff. They offered to make a new one free of charge which was appreciated. They said it would take 4 minutes for the chicken to come out. It took over 10 minutes. The second sandwich was warm but had nearly no sauce. The staff need to be cognisant about portion control so that everytime you order something you get he same great product.
Always great service. Definitely more pricey than other fast food options in the area, but you get what you pay for. Love taking my family here!
If you haven't been to Arby's in Colonial Heights lately, you need to go! It's NOT the Arby's I grew up knowing. I had the Smokehouse Beef Brisket sandwich. I am impressed beyond words.... So good, tender, flavorful and completely worth every penny! (Which, the price was very reasonable.) We ate inside the restaurant. The ambiance, decor, setting and even the fireplace, it's all so relaxed and comfortable and seriously puts to shame all other of the chain fast food restaurants here in town.... And I cautiously and lightly refer to this Arby's as a fast food place.... It's way more! Try it!
Food is pretty good, but a bit expensive for fast food. I'd rather go to a sit down restaurant for that price. I had a coupon which gave me 3 chicken tenders for $3.99 and I ordered a small coke. My total was over $6,whereas I could've gone to the Red Lobster next door and for $8 gotten bread, 5 or 6 chicken fingers, a baked potato, a salad, and a drink. Either be a fast food or a restaurant!
